ABOUT

Adam Chinitz is nationally recognized for his ability to illuminate his subjects from the inside out. He combines decades of experience with world-class technology, infusing his work with the sensibility of pioneering photographers, such as Richard Avedon, Ansel Adams and Baron Adolph de Meyer. Paying meticulous attention to detail, and with a gift for engaging his clients, Adam brings humor and playfulness to his work.

As a specialist in still life, architecture, luxury goods and portraiture, Adam has traveled the world – Greece, Mexico, Israel, Guadalupe -- chasing goats from helicopters, scuba diving in shark-infested waters and working as a still photographer on movie sets. He works closely with clients to find elegant solutions that tell each story in an unforgettable way.

Adam is a teacher and Board member of NYC SALT, a nonprofit photography organization designed to engage, inspire and empower New York City’s underprivileged teenagers. He studied photography at Syracuse University’s S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.
